GROUND RULES


  • ALL APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS ARE SENT VIA TEXT OR EMAIL. PLEASE HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE PLEASE DO SO AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50 FEE.

 

  • PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AS OUR STUDIO WAS DESIGNED TO LASH ONE CLIENT AT A TIME. 

 

  • WHILE THERE IS NO FEE FOR LATE ARRIVALS, THE LENGTH OF YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE REDUCED DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS.

 

  • CLIENTS WITH LESS THAN 30% RETENTION OF THEIR EYELASH EXTENSIONS MAY BE CHARGED FOR A FULL SET.

 

  • FOR SAFETY AND LIABILITY PURPOSES, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN OR PETS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

  • CLIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST ARRIVE WITH A PARENT OR GUARDIAN WHO WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A RELEASE FORM BEFORE ANY SERVICE IS PROVIDED.

 

  • IF YOU EXPERIENCE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS USED DURING A SERVICE, PLEASE CONTACT BOSTON LASH IMMEDIATELY FOR ASSISTANCE IN ASSESSING THE SITUATION. REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS, HOWEVER, WE WILL REMOVE THE LASHES FREE OF CHARGE. ALL EYELASH ADHESIVES CONTAIN CYANOACRYLATES WHICH IS WHERE MOST ALLERGIC REACTIONS STEM FROM.

 

  • A CONSULTATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY CLIENT WHO IS COMING FROM ANOTHER EYELASH EXTENSION SALON. IT IS AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR LASH ARTISTS TO REMOVE EXTENSIONS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPLIED PROPERLY. OTHER SALONS MAY NOT PERFORM TO OUR STANDARD OF CARE, MAY NOT HAVE OUR EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF APPLICATION, AND/OR MAY NOT USE THE SAME OR SIMILAR PREMIUM PRODUCTS THAT WE APPLY TO ACHIEVE OUR RESULTS. ALL CLIENTS COMING FROM OTHER SALONS WILL BE CHARGED FOR A 3 WEEK FILL.
